Went to the track a couple weeks back. I have a 2015 GT with the Auto and 3.55 gears. Only mods on car are a res delete and muffler delete.

Best time was a 13.1 @ 105 with a 2.1 60 ft.

Is that about the best im going to get out of the car with out tires or am i doing some thing wrong. I had Stabtrac off and was in racemode.

That is about right. In cooler air better DA you are high 12’s @ 107-108 mph. A simple Lund tune would net you mid 12’s 110-112 mph in good air.

So I ran at our local 1/8 mile track Friday night and got my 2 best times. Best was a 8.35 @ 87mph. Curious what that could be in the 1/4.

No traction or you eased it off the line. I bet both your 60 times was 2.XX range...
I just foot braked it on street tires. 2.0 60ft.

I ran a 12.49 and a 12.55@113 stock Back to back. Disclaimer-the DA was about -1800 or so on that run. In late October at Atco. And that was with a 1.8 sixty.
I bet if you check your DA. you’re probably in the +2500 range on your run.

Atco... ;).

I ran my 14 GT/CS auto with just Lund tune @ 660-700 DA three back to back. 12.45, 12.47, 12.51 @ 111-112 mph on stock 245 p-zero nero all seasons. Track is 1500’ and it was 46 degrees out with really good prep.

Density Altitude, air temp, and track prep make an easy 2-3 tenths and mph difference on a 13.0 car.
Im heading out tonight for the last time in a while. Where do I get the DA and air temps from?

Go to dragtimes.com. In the tools they have a DA calculator. Just punch in the track and the time and date. The lower the number. The faster you go. Negative numbers make for real fast times. The higher the number. The slower you go. +3000 and above just plain sucks! As far a weather conditions and drag racing are concerned.
