All of your top tier gas comes from the same places. The only difference is additives. Here's a list. https://www.toptiergas.com/licensed-brands/
You shouldn't be getting knock if you're using what your car is meant to run.
Thanks man and yeah, Sunoco is not on that list. I know my 93 going wot throttle boosted showed some knocks according from Lund rep while data logging. I’ll try those other stations close to my area. I just don’t like the idea going octane boostane all the time, but I also know they’re good insurance.

I’d say Buc-ee’s. For crying out loud, you could live out of one of the big ones. For quality of gas see above posts.

edited to add I now want a bag of the bohemian garlic beef jerky and there’s not a store near me.

Try your local Costco. You might be surprised as it is on the Top Tier list.

I’ve seen those stations before, but I would’ve never thought they’re that good. Unfortunately, those 2 stations are 45 mins away from my location.

I thought Costco Warehouses are in almost every town that has a population of over 200k or so.

I use HEB most of the time and haven’t had any issues. I also agree with Bucee’s.

I don’t think I’ll ever use H-E-B gas. I just don’t know how they’re better than Sunoco. I could be wrong of course and I don’t think I’ll take that gas. It’s going to be expensive blowing my engine
