That is most definitely NOT normal; idle speed when fully warmed-up should be 600-700RPM. What kind of battery do you have? Did you buy used?

i did buy my car used i figured it wasn’t normal so i was wondering if anybody experienced such a thing i believe it is the ford factory battery do you think it possible a dirty cold air intake can be the reason it turns off sometimes in a red light?

That message comes up when the electronics are 'hot,' but the engine isn't running (you should get that the first time you hit the 'engine start/stop' button, before startup). You should still be under warranty; take it to a Ford dealer.

As long as you have not modified your car they will not charge you. You will ne required to sign the work order before any work is done. It will say your estimate is zero. What city you in?

No charge if under warranty. That’s the beauty of it.

Do you have a code reader? If no CEL--'check engine light'--there may not be any codes, but there might be an incidental code. Stalling is a pretty serious issue; in LA, you can get shot for holding people up at stoplights (half-)

My EB would have rpm drop right after a fill up. Ford replaced the Evap Purge Sensor. Other symptoms when googled were stalling.
For your gt it could, per Google, a few things. Most often mentioned was the throttle body.
Are you throwing any codes?
I seriously doubt that the CIA is the problem. It would have to be seriously clogged to choke out the engine.
If you're still under warranty, take it to Ford and let them look. Stalling is a serious safety issue.

On a side note, I rented an F150 that would die at lights but start back up when you touched the accelerator. It's a fuel economy/emissions thing that can be turned off but it really wierded me out at first.

Maybe try getting a can of mass air flow sensor cleaner and clean the MAF sensor. Maybe your air filter was over oiled and fouled the sensor.
