I had the GT350 and they are definitely different sounding since they are different motors. I feel the GT500 Predator Motor is more deep muscular throaty over the Voodoo Motor.

I would say 350 is higher because of higher RPMS and Voodoo. 500 tapers off at high RPMS.
350 is like heavy metal and 500 is hard rock.
The 350 improves more with Resonater delete than 500 IMO.
