No I do have an European version, which indeed only comes with the premium and performance package. But if I remember correctly, the GT's PP brakes are bigger than the Ecoboost's? Not that I'm thinking of upgrading right now, all I need is a DOT4 brake fluid like Motul RBF600, since the stock fluid overheats after only 1 lap on the Ring.
The GT PP brakes are not only larger but have a rotor that can be cooled properly. You'll need substantially better brake pads as well for track use. Carbotech/G-LOC XP10/R10 fronts and XP8/R8 rears are good options.

Yeah pads and fluid are on my list. For cooling I might get a brake cooling kit that runs through the fog lights holes. So far it's been fine though by just doing a cooldown break in between laps. For longer track sessions I'll definitely take this in consideration.

Cooling ducts will do very little with your current rotors. The venting is on the outside face so ducting can't force air to the middle of the rotor and out the vents. That's the biggest limitation of your brakes. With a Steeda or Baer 2 pc rotor, you can alleviate the issue.

Good to know, saved me from wasting money on that.

I'm putting my build list together, with parts I either get all at once or later on. This is what I currently have, is there anything that I should add or replace with something better? (Or don't need)

- Bilstein B6 Front struts and rear shocks
- OEM GT350R springs
- BMW M3 endstops for the Bilstein shocks
- UPR billet Shock mounts
- UPR billet IRS subframe bushing lockout kit
- Steeda front sway bar
- Steeda IRS alignment bushings
- OEM GT350R strut tower brace
- Steeda Roll center & bumpsteer correction kit
- Steeda RLCA spherical bearings or similar

Is there anything on this list that I don't need or should add to the list? Or parts that are better than the ones I listed? This is my daily driver but I like to take her out on the track on the weekends.
Thanks,
Walt

Camber plates. Otherwise you've got the full package.

Thanks I'll add those to the list. Is the bumpsteer kit required for the GT350R springs? I wasn't completely sure since they are not much of a drop.

The springs by themselves, no. But with the roll center correction arms, yes.

So would you recommend getting both? Ideally I would get everything but my wallet would be pleased if I don't get the parts that aren't completely necessary.

Yes you need the bumpsteer kit with the arms. I'd strongly recommend them both but understand your bill is getting sizeable. They are a big part of the handling equation. I don't see anything on your list that I'd say don't bother with.

Alright, this will be a hefty investment over the Ford Performance track kit I was initially planning on getting. Looking at about $3000 now, but I guess it'll be worth it!

You'll be very satisfied. The car is on rails with that setup and very track competent. You'd definitely see a sizable step from the FP track kit.

Agreed its a good list and +1 to the camber plates.

You don’t really need the subframe bracing if you’re doing LRCA bearings, or vice versa. Ford performance rear toe bushing would be a good idea too.

you can skip the M3 bump stops and just mod your factory ones (cut them 3/4” shorter or so).

consider adding a GT350R rear swaybar or the heavy front bar may overpower things a little. Its not bad but it will definitely be in understeer territory, if you like that handling bias you can skip the rear bar.
