4” to 8” help

This is for the gurus in this forum any help will be appreciated. I just recently purchased a 2019 eco s550 with the 4” radio. I have a 8” unit from my 16 f150 with the aftermarket harness . Can I use the harness from the f150? Or can I get a loaner car and remove the harness at the amp and just switch it over to my mustang? Thank you in advance.

You do not need the harness for a 2019 it's plug and play, you will need the brackets for the screen and for scan
