2019 Invoice Price????

If he's selling it to you at Invoice, he should be willing to provide you a copy of the invoice itself. It will list the invoice cost and MSRP for the car and options in separate columns. At the bottom, you will see the A/D/Z/X pricing and another box for HB or holdback.

This discussion has gone down a rabbit hole. We all know about dealer hold backs, etc, etc. The OP claimed he bought his car at the dealer claimed invoice price and wanted to know if that was really true. Thill444 gave him a place to look and sure enough NADA does provide a "invoice" price for an optioned car. Rjay gave him an invoice price based on his options. The OP has yet to reply and confirm what he paid for the car in comparison to those two pieces of advice. I'm guessing he feels duped now and doesn't want to admit it. Well, join the club. Bottom line is was he happy with the deal or not? That is all that matters.

I just bought a 2019 R which had an MSRP sticker of $72,900 and the dealer sold it to me for $67,900. I never really bothered to check if that was 'invoice' +/- and was happy with the deal. I figured $5,000 off sticker was fair.

That's a great price! They only made about $1300 on that car. And Shelby Program participation is $1000 so they barely broke even.

And yet we still don't know if the OP got his car for the alleged invoice price. He was questioning the dealer's honesty, be nice to know if the dealer was actually honest for a change.

Tomorrow I make the trip to see the car in person and inspect it and if everything checks out I would be leaving a happy man and will update the answer to my question. WISH ME LUCK!!!!

Thanks to every one for their time and interest. That being said dealer was true to his word. he gave me the invoice sheet to verify and I bought the car at invoice and he included the ford extended warranty plan as well. so tomorrow I will post pictures of KR757

Good dealer! Post up the copy of the inv for others who may want to future reference it, just redact any personal info.

Good to hear. The dealer I sold for in a previous life would share the official Ford invoice with anyone that insisted on seeing it. An invoice deal is a fair deal for both the dealer and the customer. Of course they can sell for less, and of course they would like to sell for more, but its a solid deal for both parties.
