I will look into them. I'm wanting long tubes into an x or h, Dynomax race bullets in the factory resonator location and then a muffler delete axle back. Should be pretty wicked and not so heavy.Stainless Works 3 in. Retro Chambered Cat-Back Exhaust w/ H-Pipe (15-17 GT Fastback)
Item 384842
22 lbs lighter than stock.
Hooker Blackheart is about the only system using 18ga tubing. Full 304 stainless steel with X-pipe, exactly what your looking for. Give it a good look you'll like what you see.Anyone know of a light weight full 3" exhaust for '15-17?
https://www.holley.com/products/exh...resent_mustang/v8_mustang/parts/70503308-RHKRLooked at Hooker and didn't see anything similar to what I'm wanting to do.
That would be a cool option, for sure.Honda, Subaru, etc guys use titanium or aluminum for light weight exhaust, I don’t think the aftermarket has stepped up to offer those for the S550 platform yet though. I used titanium for my 03 wrx, I could hold the entire exhaust easily with one hand and my 02 S2000 I used aluminum exhaust pipe.
Long tubes, no cats, race bullets, crossover, no real mufflers = no conversations inside cabin ever again, cell calls and radio inaudible.I'm wanting a muffler delete. Thanks though.
I disagree. Maybe if I was running turn downs, but not exiting all the way back. Even in my coyote swapped fox with full 3" exhaust, no cats, race bullets, etc., I could carry on a conversation with no problem.Long tubes, no cats, race bullets, crossover, no real mufflers = no conversations inside cabin ever again, cell calls and radio inaudible.
Just saying,
Your car your rules, honestly your gonna hate it unless this is a track purpose car only.
