I actually just got mine today too. Ford Performance was very helpful and they got it to me quickly. Was the crank in your shiny or like mine?

It’s a pretty rough hunk of metal

My replacement kit came today too, +1 on Ford Performance being extremely helpful!

I wonder how many people sand and polish it?
I wouldn't sand it without knowing what it's made of. If it's a plated base metal it could look like junk if you sand off the plating.

The toy crank looks like cast aluminum to me, but I could be way off.

I just purchased a 2018 GT350 from a Ford Dealership. The owners box was not with the car. I didn't really expect it to be. Is it possible to purchase or get it replaced?

Mine came in the mail about 6 weeks after I purchased my GT350.

Ford knows who you are. Ford knows all. You shall receive yours in due time. lol

If you bought it as a new car you should get it. My understanding is the Owner's Supplement Kit was only available to original owners so if you bought your 2018 as a used car believe your only chance is to find the original owner.

When I traded in my 2017 non-R to buy JR265, I included the full owners kit, the oil filter kit (was an extra that was given to original owners of the non-canister filter cars), lots of documentation and wrappers, as well as a full set of Lloyds mats. The sales guy said the new owner (it sold just a day later after I traded it in) was ecstatic to get all of that original stuff.

Too bad that didn't happen with your car, Cory, but there is still hope. As of now, Ford Performance is selling a 2015 - 17 "authenticity kit" that includes much of the stuff that was in the original owners supplement and they say on the website that you will receive a "period correct" kit for your year of car. Not sure if they're offering the '18 stuff yet, though, but here's a link.

Did you buy it used or new? If bought new you will receive it in due time. If you bought used maybe the orginal owner is on here, and still has the package.

I'm in the process of buying a new 2019 GT350. The selling dealer knows nothing about this owner's supplement box? Is this something they should have? Or, if it ships from Ford Performance directly, do they need to notify them of the sale? I obviously want to get the box as I plan on keeping this car awhile.
