Look just like the ZL1's which I installed, but stick out farther which is a plus. (My wheel is turned slightly to the left.) I still see the leading edge of my rear quarters taking hits. Your design should be a significant improvement. How much to make some for sale?
You are right about the ones you have barely stick out at all and probably aren't helping much. I could help guide you through making a set if you want. I am a collision technician so I had access to a few things at work. I just ordered the ABS sheet. I just made a template out of cardboard and kept trimming it until I thought it looked good and similar to the rear ones. Let me know if you have any questions and I can send some other pictures if need be. The plastic sheet was about 15$ from Amazon and you would need some 1/2 inch double back tape and adhesive promoter packet. I needed longer push pins because the factory ones were too short. I had some from work so you would need to find something from a store. I just used a cut of wheel and then an angle grinder to smooth out the cut marks and hand sanded the edges with 180 & 320 grit.

No today, but I installed new turn signal lighting. OPT-7 LED switchbacks up front and custom sequential rear LED reflectors from @chrisgonzales

Had camber plates and bolts installed. I also Installed Caliperfexion caliper studs (thanks Tobe!), GLOC brake pads, and a Ford Performance air filter. I finally got some slicks installed on Signature SV901 wheels (thanks Terrance!) and had an opportunity to shake the car down with the new setup at High Plains Raceway. Mixed it up against a Cayman GT4, an M3 GTS, and a C7 Z06, among others. Fellow forum member and R owner Ltsrock was there as well. Thanks to Emich Volkswagen/Chevrolet for running the event!

Applied ceramic coating to the car yesterday afternoon. Finished around midnight. Very happy with the results!

Windows tinted.
XPel on the front
Clean, prep, and a quick coat of Adam’s new spray ceramic coating. I’m a huge Adam’s fan anyways and just about use their stuff exclusively, but this stuff is the cats meow, as they say!!!

Very, very nice! That last pic w/ clouds reflection is stunning. Will you be applying Expel to other areas such as A-pillars, Roof leading edge , or Mirrors? Side Rockers? Just to suggest. Also, I'm sure you're aware of Rear Impact Area that gets chip abuse just in FRT. of rear wheels.
It's a looker....well done.

No Greg, I'm just doing the XPel on the very front. I am super late to the game with doing the PPF; car has just over 8K on it. In hind sight, waiting this long revealed what areas are taking the brunt of the abuse (and I use the term brunt very, very, lightly). My front end was faaar from making it a waste of time to wrap it, but it was time to do it if I was gonna do it. I like the wrap, but budget/price tag and competing priorities prevent wrapping the whole car. And to each his ow, but I can't do any lines; NONE. Period. If I'm not going to wrap an enter surface, I'm just not going to do it. And I'm sure every story, every situation is different depending on the road where you live, driving style, etc, etc, but the other areas on my car just don't seem to be taking the normal daily abuse you hear about, thus I decided to live with it.

My car had clear coat issues on trunk and rear spoiler, rear fenders area, not covered under warranty, ford told me it was bird crap. Dont think previous owner would do such a thing but i bet happened when car was on auction lot and it was sitting in wrong spot. Did some wet sending, , buffed it out with compound, then polished the whole car and waxed. I am pleased with results
