In that vein, I am going to assume the OP backed over someone leaving DNA on those parts and needs plausible deniability for a missing bumper. The windshield wipers are to throw off the detectives.

Guys if you see in detail the pic you can see that the clips and the plug is intactic. That is what is leading me say it is fake.

Neither are those could have been OP. he has a 18+ and the roush axle back wont fit. We can still see that the only part missing is the axle back and therefore rules out the whole exhaust.
