Hate to be devils advocate,, but you do all realise having ANY body work done by a non authorised by Ford shop voids all bodywork and paint warranty, and that includes having underseal put on.
You get a Ford 12 year anti perforation warranty on new cars, bu only if no un-authorised work is done, and only if you get the vehicle checked by a Ford garage once a year.
Warranty details and FAQ's here

Notice the oft repeated phrase....
The word "repairs" includes un-authorised work such as under sealing. I know this as my brother had a Escort Cosworth many moons ago. It also arrived with no underseal, so he had some put on, not by a Ford garage however.
Almost to the day three years later rust started to appear and Ford would not touch it will someone else's barge-pole, let alone theirs, as work had been done to the car without their authorisation.
Went to crown court, and the lost case was appealed through the supreme court, but Fords "small print" was as tight as the proverbial ducks ****, so my brother never got anything out of Ford.
So your choice I guess, have underseal put on and hope you never get any issues, or leave it off, get the car checked annually, and you know you have 12 years peace of mind
