130+mm sealed design. Curious on what the inside of that airbox looks like as well.Check out the video in the last post, here - https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/th...15-to-2018-mustangs-video-inside.99308/page-2

That tune is likely not something they'd release to the masses.Sounds like the tune up on the record breaking NA pass isnt sustainable.
Thanks for the link. According to the video it may be this week for the CAI so I am guessing a tune as well considering you cannot run the CAI without one. Now we need a special purchase for those who have been waiting on the Steeda CAI/Tune????Check out the video in the last post, here - https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/th...15-to-2018-mustangs-video-inside.99308/page-2

The filter looks the same as factory. So maybe the inside of the box will look like the factory box? The pic is from the above link for the CAI on Steeda's site.130+mm sealed design. Curious on what the inside of that airbox looks like as well.
I noticed that. But in the video he does mention an insert to bring it down to mid 120mm if wanted. The one listed for sale says 121 mm. Wondering if there is going to be more than one?
Looking at the filter pic it looks like the inside of the box will be just like stock. The filter looks the same as factory.

You are right about the insert. Something about being more streetable. Very limited info on the website but it appears it is very close to a release. Does not give an option to buy. Only add to build list.I noticed that. But in the video he does mention an insert to bring it down to mid 120mm if wanted.
Also curious dimensions on the box / filter if a dry filter would swap in without issue if they won't be offering one with it.
It's good marketing. Teasing a bit more and more to increase demand for the product. I'm personally excited about the IATs they're advertising as it's better than I getting on stock. That plus the 130mm ish is win win.You are right about the insert. Something about being more streetable. Very limited info on the website but it appears it is very close to a release. Larger mass air has to be tuned for regardless. Lower IATs advertised than what I see on my stock box so those combined seem worth it. If already tuned no biggie to get a revision. If having to get a tune to accommodate it then that is something to think about.tune required, so the hp increase is the tune and the box may add 1 or 2 hp?
The page actually does say tune required my guess is even with the insert it's too large for stock calibration.Their dyno graph on the linked page above claims 25ish hp gain. No mention of a tune needed. Just relaying what is on the website so don't kill the messenger.
