So, there was a tease a few weeks ago that a Steeda tune for the 18 5.0 was coming very soon.

Any update?

I think also they still not have put to sale their Big close box maf CAI that they run as a prototype on their 10.s N/A car.

It as been a long while but no news !!!!! Very strange nothing complicated there except maybe if it's coming from overseas with the political situation LOL

Regarding the airbox, lining up efficient, cost-effective manufacturing (especially quality plastic molding) to scale is not always an immediate process. It'll be nice when you get a quality airbox instead of the garbage floppy junk that looks like it was made in a garage by someone skilled in arts and crafts.

The tune is something Steeda takes very seriously based upon my engagement with them around mine, which was a custom tune with on-road (vs. on-dyno) revision on site by the tuner ($$$). The conversation I had about my tune was brain exploding, especially the emphasis on refining the mid-range, which is notably better than my prior tune, and safety. I think it's taking time because Steeda's culture around tunes is not to throw it out there and (maybe if you're lucky) revise it later. I think for the '18s it'll be worth the wait. There's more injector complexity there and I know they want to maximize the benefits from that but also try to ensure doing so doesn't lead to some kind of reliability concern. It's your engine, it's worth the wait.

Steeda are the one who state "COMMING SOON" for the CAI many months ago. They may have some issues only them knows ! Maybe someone here from Steeda can give us a update!!

I know Steeda is a very good company and stands behind their products so my guess is they want to make sure everything is perfect with both a tune and CAI. The 18 5.0 is a new engine and the A10 is new as well. I imagine when the tune and CAI come out, there will be very few issues with both.

I just want to know when I can lay my hands on them.
