Question for those that have installed cams themselves

Did you transfer the filters from the stock cams over to your aftermarket cams? I completely forgot to do it when I did mine, and I'm wondering if that could cause any issues. I also can't find those filters for sale anywhere, and I no longer have my stock cams. Thanks in advance for the help!
