Oh, so you want to look at it as a completely uninterested, uneducated person who just wants to say “well this one has 10 speakers and this one has 9”. Glad we got that out of the way
haha yea so if i was to look at the vet vs ford gt. I have no interest in either from an owners aspect. looking at the their specs and cost the vet wins, you know you can compare cars with no intrest in owning. sorry you can't get that idea

and again your looking as a buyer all your points are if your looking you by a car. I said comparing the cars with no buying interest looking at what you get for your money the camaro wins
WTF, you're nuts. You can't just ignore everything else. The camaro is faster, but loses on nearly all other points.

Look at what you get for the camaro with your money.

A trunk incapable of fitting a full set of golf clubs.
Horrid visibility.
Smaller back seats and headroom.
A higher pricetag.
Summer only tires.
And on and on and on.

You are stuck on performance and HUD when a majority obviously don't care about those.

actually the mustang price for pp1 was a few grand more then 1le, and your truck and back seat issues are irrelevant, no kids and i have a truck. I buy a performance car for just that how it performs and the camaro wins. you wasn't comfort trunk space and it's fast there are options that blow the mustang away

Again, you are confusing what is "better" to you compared to what is better to everyone else.

Do you want to fit 2 full sized sets of golf clubs in the trunk? Then the mustang is better.

Do you want to be able to drive the car off the lot in the snow? Then the mustang is better.

Do you want the lowest priced v8 option? Then the mustang is better.

Do you want much better visibility? Then the mustang is better.

Do you want more rear seat room? Then the mustang is better.

Do you like to be able to rest your arm on the window sill while driving? Then the mustang is better.

And then after all of these items comes other personal preferences such as looks, engine type, driving position etc.

Again, you are completely ignorant in regards to what exactly "better" means for everyone else.
All somewhat fair remarks. Except you have to know what people want in the sports car segment. Golf clubs, comfort, and visibility might not be top priority in the sports car segment. I believe sales numbers are mostly because of looks and price if you asked for my opinion.

Again, were talking about why the mustang is a better car based off of sales. The word "I" shouldn't be included in this conversation. Ford and GM isn't making the bulk of their money off of the PP1 or 1LE, and the performance of those cars isn't what makes either "better" for the vast majority.

I do have kids, and my kids fit better in the mustang. I also enjoy golfing, and not having to remove the driver and fold down the back seats is a big plus.

Again, you need to take the "I" out of the equation to see what the general public views as the "better" car.

The mustang has sold more cars year in and out despite nearly always being slower.

Looks and price absolutely, but I've heard it time and again where people sit in the camaro, look around and say...nope, not for me. They don't even take it for a test drive as they can't stand the high belt line and poor visibility.

And for the price these vehicles are demanding, you'd be surprised how well a set of clubs sway peoples decisions. IMHO, it's a total fail on GM's behalf with that trunk opening.

and i question again how much of those mustang sales actually go to a private consumer, gm limits camaros to rental companies, pull the numbers for private consumers until then the they sell more cars means nothing. rental companies buy cheap cars not based on what a consumer would want

Until you can tell me exactly how many 6th gen mustangs have been sold to the public vs how many 6th camaros you're argument is pathetic.

As it stands, more people chose to purchase the mustang than the camaro...making it a better car for more people. All of you're rebuttals against this are based off of your personal opinion of you wanting the faster car. With sales dipping down in to the high $2K range for the camaro, if I were a camaro fan I would be very worried.

More on every level. OK, so the Camaro offers more visibility? More trunk space? More internal storage?

I know that those things aren't important to you, and to some others, but to say it "offers more on every single level" is completely incorrect unless the answers to those questions is yes. If not, it only offers more in certain areas, and those may be the more important areas to you, but not necessarily to everyone else.

A statement like that makes me wonder if you're just being a troll at this point.

um since your argument is that the sales makes it a better car that's actually up to you too find to prove your point. my point is proven by all the h2h wins. and good thing I'm not a fan boy I give credit were its due, I could give two shits if any car got discontinued

it's funny how people throw the troll term around when people disagree with them. I own a 2015 mustang gt pp so. and for like the 1000s time I'm am looking at the performance aspect of these performance cars. so again looking at performance the camaro comes out on top in every trim

I'm not sure where you've been, but the mustang has kicked the camaro's ass year in and out since the introduction of the 6th gen. You were the one that pulled the "but rental sales" flag.

So either prove it or shut up.

I'm sorry, you absolutely are a troll. You argue against the mustang in every thread you're in. You contribute nothing to this forum...you are by definition a troll.

I used that term because your statement seemed completely unsupported. For the 1000s time, we're talking about the car as a whole. Your approach seems to be that because the stock 1LE outperformed a PP1 GT, that the Camaro is the better car, and in reality all that means is it has better performance. You can't just say the Camaro is a better car, at best you can say it's a better performing car, stock.
