How much attention do you get with your car?

Everytime I take the R out I get necks breaking, thumbs up etc. A few weeks ago I was in the turning lane going left at a red light and a pickup pulled up next to me and just a bit in front of me in the middle lane. I look over and can see in his mirror his camera taking a pic backwards at my R. :lol:

Nothing got looks like the 05 Ford GT....sorry not even a Ferrari ! Just had to chime in.
The “zero to 60 designs” mustang is a looker. Don’t know if they ever sold any to the public. Ford wasn’t happy about this being produced.
My black 16 350 track pack with no stripes didn’t get much notice especially from the cops.

Looks like a 2016 Deep Impact.

I got a ton of looks, thumbs up etc when I still had the racing stripes. Once I took those off and blacked out my front and rear emblems, almost all the attention went away. Now only people who know what to look for are recognizing it, otherwise to everyone else its just a Mustang.

Yesterday I had a truck follow me for about 4 miles into a parking lot, when I got out it was three High school kids. They just wanted to tell me my car was "F'n amazing".

Was filmed by a car with 4 passengers (all had their phones out) on the interstate this weekend, lol. I made sure to give them a show. throttle blip, downshift, throttle blip downshift, WOT!
They where all thumbs up. Not the first time. This is the third time I have been recorded.
Crazy. Never thought I would be chased down for photo/video ops. My ride below.

Own a 16' Grey with resonator delete. Heading back from lunch today and sure enough in my rear mirror I see a menacing murdered out 2017 Camaro ZL1. Perfect timing as I was entering the on ramp. Romped on it from 2nd through 4th and man o' man did we make some noise. I can't get over how satisfying it is to drive this car, the sound alone is well worth every cent. Needless to say the ZL1 never left my bumper. We had a few solid back and forth flyby's. Seemed like a good dude who appreciated the car and gotta say that Camero is a beast and is blazingly fast. He had his phone out filming the whole time so I've been searching youtube hoping he posts our encounter.

Last weekend 2 young guys probably out cruising in their parent's Mustang convertible (oddly with the top down, it was only about 50 degrees) literally broke their necks to get a look. Even my wife noticed their reaction. Later the same day an older gentleman in a Corvette with his wife tells me he just told his wife he's going Shelby shopping.

Getting attention now is quite common driving a triple yellow 5.0 with a cobra jet setup and roush exhaust. Might not be crazy fast but it sounds damn good 7800 rpm shifts make me giggle with joy haha!

Wait until the 2019 Camaros are out we will all have to pry people off our cars like the rate sucker insurance commercials haha!!

Geezus the 19 Camaros are ugly so are all 39586 versions of pickups and SUVs they make now too.

Their design team must have all been in a train wreck or something.....

Grabber blue with black stripes here...I get constant attention (I also drive with the exhaust in sport everywhere except my neighborhood).

I've had multiple people just record me sitting around at lights.

This right here. I have a Grabber Blue 17 with Roush AB and MRT H pipe and oh my gosh.. people just stare and look even when I'm not trying to be dumb.
Used to have a slammed MK7 GTI on Work wheels and -3 camber all the way around.. didn't get 1/2 the attention my stang does.

Definitely, seems like there is a more positive response/feed back. I am not an attention seeker, but once in awhile a thumbs up will put a smile on my face.

I live on a college campus so I'm not always trying to draw attention to myself either, but it's a good feeling when students whip out their phone to start taking snapchats Sometimes I feel kinda obnoxious though, debating getting a quieter muffler???

I was at a car show and displayed my car for the first time ever. Drew more attention that TWO Lamborghini Huracan Performante's when I was leaving. All jokes aside about leaving a car show, I never knew I could draw a crowd of 2 dozen people in the company of multiple Huracans, an Aventador Roadster, an F430 Scuderia, an JX220, an ENZO FERRARI, two Viper ACR's



I was genuinely uncomfortable.

I was expecting that removing the stripes would cut down the attention my car gets but it hasn't slowed.

Every time I drive it I get a wave or a thumbs up.
