Fathouse is much more expensive. Like you can get a clutch, catback, lowering springs, sway bars, end links, camber plates, cortex monoball, bushings, IRS lockout, and CF driveshaft, MGW Shifter more expensive.

Pretty sure the Fathousefab kits are more expensive.

Im impressed to see a BlackBird kit coming along.

Blackbird Turbo kit running at COTA. Low boost of 6.8 psi to keep heat under control, also had to shift at 6,000 rpm, also to keep cylinder head temps around 240's.

Car made 3 x 16 min sessions of this, burned 1/3 tank of gas per session. (50/50 e85 mix)

Silver Stang in front is a Steeda Q750, lap times are 2:38's to low 2:40's depending on traffic.

Nice vid. Could here you losing some grip when you got in it, but man did it boogie down the back stretch. The steeda has what in it ? A whipple ? It was running hard as well.

what tire setup are you running?

I curious what a modified gt350 might be able to run at 6 psi with slicks or cup2s. Do you find temp management is difficult? Do you have a diff or transmission cooler?

Hard to beat that durability testing. 48 minutes on a road course is unkind as shit. Nothing compared to 9 sec 1/4 mile passes.

I'm definitely interested in the longevity of these kits.

I'm on shagged out Yokohama AD08R's, 305/30-19 on all 4 corners. Slicks or cup2's will make a huge difference.

6 psi and slicks would be a track monster, your biggest enemy will always be heat, running hard like that generates a ton of heat, like the other guy said, this ain't no 9 second squirt down the road, I was burning 5 gallons of gas in 15 minutes:ford:

For cooling I have Mishimoto radiator, massive Earls oil cooler, diff cooler and vented hood, no transmission cooler. Engine temps stay in the 240's if I shift at 6,000, go over 250 if I rev out to 7,500.

Hows your hood vented?
You still have cowl and battery cover?
Or just using standard vents?
I have an Anderson heat extractor hood, battery cover removed, but still have that cowl under the windscreen wipers. Should I try remove that as well?

Totally dont know w your hood. Think your hooooood is gooooood.
If you pull coping:
Tape yarn on back edge n watch the flow change on your way up to 120?
Thats what I did. 30-60 it sux back in, after that its out...but my lower grill out too.

New COTA personal best for me of 2:36.4 on shagged out 2 year old tires. Beat the crap out of the car for 2 days burning a total of 52 gallons of fuel, 26 gallons per day, 5 gallons per 20 minute session. Boost was low to keep temperatures under control at 7psi, and speeds on the back straight are GPS true at 157 mph.:ford::ford:

157! Is this an otherwise stock engine? Curious what kind of IATs you see on these sorts of outings.

I would be interested also however I can attest to riding in the shop car with the 4.5 intercooler and even when hitting it hard at full boost his IATs were from 2-3 degrees below ambient to just right over after several long runs. And this was a very uncharacteristic day for San Diego as it was in the high 80s. Obviously track runs will be a torture test but I cant even get my NA GT350 intake temps that low with the stock CAI.
