Is there any way to temporarily switch off the DRL's ?

This is what i do. Big foglight drls = off, rear taillights = onAssume you mean you want no lights on with the car running? However if that's not what you mean then turning on the sidelights shuts off the DRLs...
Intrigued as to why now though ;)
Whilst I have a double garage, it has 2 single doors and is a tight fit. When I go to park it, I line it up and pop out to check it looks straight and bang in the centre. However, the DRL's are quite bright if I'm looking towards the car when it's night time outside, I can't see the sides of the car making it a bit difficult!Assume you mean you want no lights on with the car running? No idea. Manders Mustang may know - he knows a lot about the configuration of the lights. I'm sure there will be a software hack of some kind somewhere...In case they're still too bright, is it possible to switch off the front lighting altogether?
A dealer would know how to do this correct? This is how you do it:
Body Control Module (BCM):
726-16-02 x1x1 x1x1 x1xx - Enables control via IPC
726-21-01 xxxx xxxx x1xx - Enables control via IPC
Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC):
720-02-01 xxCx xxxx xxxx - Enables the DRL setting in the lighting menu. This is tricky. If you already have an "8" there then you change this to a "C" otherwise add 4 if you don't have the menu already.
The above works for those with the tribar led bord drls as well.
How do you access FORScan? No way. You will have to do it yourself using FORScan.
Sorry to tag onto an older post! This is how you do it:
