^This.

And of course ^this. :D

Put the R splitter on...
I did take the CF wheels off for two reasons:

1. Some guy named Bossing a while back got me to buy two sets of conti force contact tires that are/were to be my track tire for the '16 track pack (which is now gone). They are already mounted to a set of 6GR R spec wheels in the size of 305/325's. I might as well just make these my street tires until both sets are used up. (Then maybe a set of MPSS's or whatever)

2. Why waste cup2's on the street? These will be my track tire. I'm so swamped right now that my next track day will be in December at Daytona. I'll have a nice fresh set of cup2's waiting for me then.

As for the splitter, I hear ya. I wouldn't even entertain such a thought except that I have the standard splitter just laying around in the box. The transition into my driveway may be a problem. Street -> street gutter -> sidewalk -> driveway up a 30' sand dune. I think the plan of attack is get the car xpel'd, install the R splitter, and check clearance onto the driveway. If there is a problem...... Remove R splitter, install 350 splitter, get a new R spec driveway, remove 350 splitter, and install R splitter. I'm about due for a new driveway anyway. ;)

Just a thought...but instead of dicking off with a splitter swap, which is kind of a pain by the way, you could always get some front canards from APR to get some downforce back in the front and keep the standard splitter on. Then maybe sell your R splitter.

After much review, I think I'm going to end up getting that wicker bill from ZL1Addons and getting APR canards to balance it out. I don't want to deal with the R splitter since I live in the city and have to be careful about scraping at times.

Yes those are the ones folks have been using. Need some myself!
I just ordered them, and they are not prime, so they will probably take a week to get here.

Not sure exactly what the difference is but the ones you linked to on Amazon are made by ZL1 Addons, and if you go to their site, they actually make different ones that are specifically for the GT350 that are cheaper ($34.99) but you do have to pay $10 shipping

I just caught that.... I cancelled that order and called John over at ZL1. Yep, significant price difference.

While I was at it, I bought a tow hook and set of rock guards.

Thank you!

I bought some this morning too. Need a tow hook as well and that looks like the one to get but install looks daunting so I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Already bought the Rock Blockers.
The worst of it is removing the splitter. The belly pan comes right out with about 20 screws or so. If you have race ramps, it would be easy.
