its been several months since ive run flex fuel and o my can definitely feel the difference! love it. car is more responsive shifts smoother while still reaching operating temperature. just hands down feels more smooth though out the power band! on my third tank now. its been pretty hot lately here so hope its ok to not switch back to 91 as often. i actually dont even want to switch back if theres no harm to my motor or fuel system.

other than that anyone on the fence about it. DO IT! Your coyote will love it!

The flex fuel tune made my car a beast. The way it pulls to redline is crazy. I run E85 most of the time now. I also like the mix E85 and 93 octane quite a bit and that works well. The cheap price of the E85 evens out the extra fuel it uses.

I haven't had a chance or felt like driving to my E85 spot (20 minutes from my house but opposite direction of where I usually drive) so I've been running 93 the past few tanks. I'll look forward to filling it back up though. Now that it's been high 90's I'd like to imagine running the E85 will help the performance quite a bit more than say when it's cooler but I'm not sure it works that way. It's been about $1.5X/gal out my way.

its 2.25 -2.55 a gallon here. luckily there are a few of them near me. i keep hearing from local guys that running flex clogs injectors though. i am guessing if the car sits to long? i need to get my hands on some of that amsoil quick shot. i think is the one ive heard of.

I last filled up at $1.46/gallon here in Texas.

E85 prices are all over the place from gas station to gas station, but the one I go to is usually under $1.50.

Clogs injectors..., heh...heh... don't listen to people in the street unless they know what they are talking about. You are fine and don't need to do anything preventive other than running a tank of 93 occasionally and maybe some lucas treatment.

And don't let the car sit too long without driving it, and you should be fine.

Mine is too. Still run the E85 anyway. To hell with MPG. You want that go get a Prius lol.

I dropped 0.7 seconds off my 0-60 time with tune. Bear in mind I'm not good at launching. Stock the best I did was 5.6, with the FF tune and JLT intake I did it in 4.9. Still think I could do better. Never run against a stock car but I'd bet I can blow it away. Stock it was nice but after getting used to it - 4,000- redline was.. yawn. Now - 4,000 to redline it scares me every time. I can break traction at even half throttle. Now I turn off the nannies a lot more frequently and it's really waken up the car.

Born to run baby. Born to run.

I got flex fuel dyno tune about a month ago i drove the car home from the shop that tuned it on vp racing fuel's x-85 and i have yet to switch to 93! The Car runs perfect the way it should. I wont use 93 again till the weather starts getting colder! My station has been consistently testing to e-85 and sometimes e-90! Its about 12 miles from my house! Sometimes I fill up and bring (2)-5 gallon gas containers to save a trip... love the exhaust smell as well like perfume... lol

What about the issue with water vapor in the engine oil with the use of E85? I believe it calls for a thicker viscosity and more frequent oil changes...

I would be interested to know if that's true? I've been running Signature Series Amsoil stock viscosity.

I did notice when I drain my catch can and I run E85 more often it catches more of a Milky substance and when I'm on 91 it looks like just oil. But when I check my dipstick the oil looks just fine still looks clean almost.
