You're still flowing the same amount of air, just less stress on the engine. Should help reduce EGT's and heat in the engine some. From the two I have seen in person, removing just cats is worth about 15rwhp. I doubt adding long tubes would add much, maybe adjust the power band some.

i got a good deal on some longtubes, just have to go pick them up in the next week or two. almost as cheap as just cat deletes.

I think the 1050x is a stainless injector also.

thats what i was seeing too, nearly $800 price delta between the two as well.

Yeah, you can easily piece it together yourself cheaper, or there are some other places that do the same thing he does for a little cheaper also. With a gt500 boost a pump(two pumps) it was good to over 1050rwhp.

They are very conservative, there are other tuners out there that will post the higher dyno numbers and faster times, but they are running 5-6 degrees more timing, hoping the computer will pull timing if knock due to bad fuel etc.

you wouldn't be blazing a trail. He just orders from the same place you would. Gt350 fuel hat setup, drill the hat with a bulk head fitting for return fuel, fuel pressure regulator with a 1:1 for boost, and some fittings and hoses.

I'm really surprised no one has posted a "how to build a Sai Li system cheaper on your own."

Guess it's a courtesy thing which makes sense.

fore level 1, 1050s, will get the job done nicely.

we have made as much as 1000rwhp on 1000s before on e85, but your really pushing the edge, and the pressure was pretty high

the 1050 should handle the needs just fine
