Most impressive! I am positive on a different track the time difference would be more between the ZL1 vs R and SS 1LE vs R. Having said that, in my book the SS 1LE is the better track car over the ZL1 and best bargain of all three.

Interesting. I thought for sure they would give this to ZL1, and not going to lie, I thought for sure the ZL1 would have been a bit faster with that power advantage.

You know what is really odd, Probst did Willow springs in the zl1 back in Dec. in 1:26.16. Look at the footage of both and can clearly see he wasn't pushing it as much as he did before. That's 1.74 sec slower. Very confusing.

While obviously different days/track conditions can have in impact of 1+ second on a track of this length, given the huge horsepower difference this is nothing but a resounding win for the GT350R and its normally aspirated glory! Not to mention what appears to be a superior chassis and more enjoyable experience overall. Truly the last of an era!

Until the Chevy guys drive a gt350r they will never know how great it is. Yes it's not the fastest around the track but it's how it feels, the connected feeling. The zl1 just can't touch that and here it shows.

It's so worth it. A lot ofpeople on youtube complain about it but it's FIVE dollars a month. Three bottles of water, one beer at the bar. It's not just motor trend's youtube content you get either. You get to stream motor sports live and other content as well.
