Forgot to add mine was supposed to be in Southampton last Tuesday to which I got a reply from the dealer in one sentence 'our system says Zebrugge'

Felt like replying 'do we have to have this argument again that your system is wrong?'

Yeah, mine just keeps going on about his "Vista" printout. I have an image in my head that this thing is like a spectrum 48k with that silver paper printer.

I know which is most frustrating part. Going to get confirmation from Karen hopefully before I badger him further/hit him over the top of the head with my laptop!

I beginning to wonder if the s550 will be the only version of the mustang that makes it to the UK. It seems to me that Ford have literally not improved any of their processes.

Nor have they developed a supply chain for spare parts. Developing a market is much more than just making a product available. Ford haven't done anything aside from saying 'here is the mustang, order now and get it 8minths down the line with a lot of guessing'

Add to it the absolutely terrible price of the pound against the dollar, I may have even paid the bookmakers a visit if I was a betting man.

Remember it's not just the UK though but the world and with how well they've sold, it'd be silly not to.

^ and following onto that, my dealer today was saying how they've removed any cap on orders for the Mustang, before it was only ever planned at 2.5k but they're just mass selling them now, so if it sells, they'll keep selling them.

Karen has been on annual leave so I am sure she will get back to you. Just got my update there: "Your Mustang has finally reached Southampton now and will be moved to Scotland asap. I have it dealer receipt for next Thursday, the dealer will of course contact you as soon as it arrives."

I just received almost an identical message from her. She is telling me that my car landed at Southampton on the 15th and it is to be at the dealer around the 27th (next Thursday) it's going to Perth, so same transporter as yourself.

One man band, not sure where Stacey has gone, she does follow and subsequently has me following her on instagram ...
I know for a fact Karen/Stacey used to do all the running of cars and their booking, suppose if they were both off, they wouldn't have moved 'cuz dealers aint smart enough to do it :frusty:

From Karen just now: "...It arrived in Southampton on the 15th, there were many that arrived this day, so it’s taking some time to get them all load built and onwards to the dealer. I have the dealer receipt for your mustang on the week commencing April 24th..."

At least that's positive information, however, I will be on hols in Devon next week which I was hoping to use as a running in/shakedown trip.

Wonder how we can tell them the dealers to hurry up Ritchie politely!

Not that anybody probably cared about order to delivery times nowadays, but that would be 6 months and 3 days if it arrives on the 27th.
