Daaaaaaaaaaang Gina!

If you are male and are alive, you've got to be a fan of that. Holy cow!

If the big dog 'Stang ain't packing a TT V8 and quite possibly AWD, it ain't touching that.

Crazy numbers.

The challenger has always seemed a bit of a joke to me. Too boat like, huge for a sports car, too heavy to perform.

So they threw crazy power at the problem. And it worked. AND the car hooks apparently.

Great job.

We'll see how well that car hooks on anything other than the drag strip, impressive for what it is though. But like you (I think!) I'd rather have a lighter 3750-3875 TT (750ish HP) AWD Mustang that can run mid-low 10's, always have the ability to gain traction but be a comfortable daily, yet be very usable on a track.

And it set a Guiness Book of World Records for lifting the front tires off the ground for nearly 3' - First for a production car.

Ford will claim that they are into a balance of power and overall performance, which they may well be.

Nevertheless, they just got spanked.

Ford and Chevy have nothing for the Demon in terms of HP/TQ and straight line performance.
Nothing that we know of on the drawing board either.

But can it corner? Lol. How will Ford respond? Chevy doesn't try to dominate on power numbers but overall performance. Ford has done the same thing with the 350s.

I don't think Chevy or Ford is going to touch this thing.. Then again, they probably won't need too..

But hey - we get an exhaust note ring tone ! Yaaay !!!
Funny you mention that. Buddy of mine sent me that today. He is not exactly an Mustang fan. More of a JDM guy.
