9.x MT82 cars

Any non-shop MT82 cars run 9s yet on Boost only? I have two trans that are being finished up for this year to try and get it done before I move on to a TH400 & a JT-B and just skip to high 8s

I do have a question, what are the fast guys using in terms of a single disk clutch? OR is everyone going Twin Disk?

I'm in the same boat. I'm looking at having Colin build me an MT82. I'm running 6's in the 1/8th but haven't gotten to the 1/4 track yet.

I only have two MT82s lol - nothing in the car right now. The original I blew up last year is just hrs from completion and my Naumann racing backup trans is a bit farther behind (local road racing buddy).

Im using the exedy Stage 3 and so far it dont seem like its going to be up to the task!!.I will let u know some more after the track tomorrow.Its the mach 500 grooved stage 3.

I'm not one of the fast guys yet. Racing Integration will help change that next week. Collin and other shops recommended the RST. Once mine was broke in, it was all good. The Steeda clutch spring is a must for this clutch though.

If my MT-82 goes to crap, Collin will be doing a 6R80 swap in my Boss. I'm not playing that game again. Lol

I'm running RXT HD, havent gone to the track with it yet but feels awesome. I simply overpowered the RST when i went e85.

If you still have 3.73, you will be in 5th when you cross or very close to it. Thats a lot of rowing! May want to look into the n2mb no lift shift.

Oh yea im going into 5th a good bit before the line,really want to put some 331's in it but that wont happen to next year,put too much money in this thing already lol.
