Is it really necessary to drop $250 on a UPR DV CC? I know there's a debate between a lot of people on the importance of a CC in general, but I have decided to get one.

Is there that big of a difference between the $150 Mishimoto CC and the UPR?

I originally had the mishimoto, which i thought was doing a good job. Found out when I pulled my intake manifold you could pour oil out of it. I run the UPR now and would recommend it. Buy once , cry once.

Do you just have the normal DV CC or the clean side catch can too? Thanks for the input guys

The biggest and best feature about the UPR DVCC is that it works under both vacuum AND BOOST unlike the others which work under only vacuum. Sure, running the Mishi or a similar CC is better than nothing, but given that I like to race/track my car, I want something that works 100% of the time, which the others don't do. UPR has an excellent product and it's well worth the extra cash.

With the UPR Catch can system your stopping oil from getting back into that motor from every corner. Working under vacuum and boost will allow the PCV system to run the way it was designed too as well. The built in check valve we offer will seal under BOOST so no un-metered air get back into system.

Does the UPR Dual Catch Can come as a plug and play kit with no mods to my stock parts? The reason for the question is if I ever want to put my Ecoboost back to stock I do not want to end up at the Ford Parts Dept.

Yes! It's usually recommended to gut the PCV if you're having smoking issues but you can run it with the OE PCV setup just fine. You can take it on and off and Ford would never be any the wiser about it.

Thanks for the information Juben.Did you gut your PCV and do you need to add a check valve after you gut the PCV?
Any discount codes for members from UPR?

Another really nice thing about the Dual catch can by UPR is that you can get with a adapter in the silicone hose for the intake so you don't have to drill into your intake..it's a,great setup
