I'd be interested in hearing the specs on the actual wheels.

Weight, load rating, etc.

The tail panel and fluid caps , I could do without, but to each their own.

At that price, if the wheel specs are right, it actually isnt awful, considering it isnt hard to spend 10 grand on a wheel/tire package.

That is an expensive set of wheels. I can't even count the engine caps and rear panel into the cost because they can't be more than $1K total.
