I was not high on it yesterday after the release of the yellow car in the video, I don't think the yellow was the best choice to show it off (not a fan of ANY yellow cars) and the video was poorly done. I think Ford decided to abandon the video and go with a better way to release it but it got released into the wild prematurely.

Seeing the car now in better colors and angles, I really like it. Throw it the mag-ride, A10, more HP, electronic dash, quad exhaust, etc and you have a great package.

I think more people are coming around or will come around like I did and 2018 will be very successful, especially when they see it in person and go for a test drive.

I have no idea why people this adding boost to high compression is impossible. I tried explaining this over a year ago when the idea of boosting a voodoo was in the works. That's proven it again. High compression +boost =hp/tq

In the drag racing world. Boost or nitrous with a 12.1 compression engine is childs play. I think a lot of these myths come from the 4 banger turbo world of STis and Evos.

Still absolutely hate the front end of the car! They really need to bring Dave Pericak and his team back to fix this ugly POS! I love the interior, rear end, changes under the hood, but the front is hideous! Sure the orange color looks worse than all the rest, but this is like deciding between cutting your arm off or your D***! One is way worst than the other, but they both suck!

I just assumed at some point in pushing up compression, it would mean pretty low boost at the max. I did start a thread on this which someone answered they have already done the 5.2 (which is about the same comprs??), so that is good news.................

If they came with an aftermarket magneride, I'd take the 15-17 all day over this new one. I don't want DI or an A10, and certainly don't like the new front end.

I like it! It has some very skilled styling modifications that clearly maintain the original shape and identity but with serious improvements like the lowered hood, active vents, the 500 H.P. engine, the 10 speed auto, the magnetic suspension and the digital dash just to start with.

Here's a video about the new 5.o as Ford revealed for the 2018 F-150. I suspect the new engine in the truck and the Mustang will be the same (except for fitment differences). It shows the dual injections systems and other neat things.
