What would you like to see in the s550 aftermarket?

I'd love to see front canards for the S550 that look good, are carbon fiber, and don't look like a generic template that's been cut to fit. Mounting points located on the bottom side. APR's offering is the only option I've seen so far that meet these requirements. Would be interested in a 2-per side setup.

This is a cool idea. I think the most efficient way to go about this is sell an aftermarket bumper/canard kit with holes pre drilled. If bumpers weren't so bulky and expensive to ship it would be possible to do a core bumper shipping model with stock bumpers.
With that said i am looking for something that requires a little more engineering of the mechanical variety.

My discipline is in the mechanical field not the software field otherwise this would be a great idea. Excuse my ignorance but do the newer mustangs come with apple CarPlay capability? My s550 is a 2015 model. But i have CarPlay in my VW winter dd and would love to have it in the mustang.

2017's have it natively.

2016's have Sync 3 but need software update.

2015's I believe have Sync 2 so you're out of luck.

If you have a pre 2017 car you need to update your software and your USB hub to an apple compliant one. More info: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41251

The problem is you need to connect the phones (Android or iPhone) to the car's USB wire to get Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, instead of via wifi/blueooth (wirelessly).

I think the price of half shafts are kind of fixed due to the cost of cv joints. None the less way beyond the scope of this project and my resources. lol

I assume you speak of wheel hop? In my opinion bmr and steeda have that on lock. Both systems are more than adequate at fixing wheel hop. If you have the money to throw at it that is.

Though this sounds awesome the cost would ultimately be a waste since you'll never see the exhaust unless your s550 is a car show queen. Furthermore Ti provides very little advantage over SS technically speaking.

I honestly can't believe someone has not come out with a decently price set yet. I was scared at first about breaking the factory ones but so far so good. I am running a slick though. I'd love to know how common breaking them is because forums seems to hype up all issues.
