Any ideas if I need to worry about fitment issues if I ran these with ultralites with aftermarket wheel/tire setup?

I currently am running a square 20x10 with +38mm offset wheels and 295/35/20 tires.

We haven't tested that combo ... But internally, our team said it should fit.

If you have no fitment issues with the production set up you will be fine with the Steeda Pro-Action set up.

At the risk of sounding like a jerk, if you are asking this question I'd hire someone to do the install. It is possible to strip threads and commit miscellaneous mayhem installing shocks and struts.
