Sorry I don't don't know as I'm not there yet. I'd guess going for that second notch would over tighten it? Also be pushing it closer to the pulley making that 1/8" gap even smaller. To tell you the truth I couldn't find the indicator marks for the life of me so I just set it like you described with rotating it to 90deg till it felt the same as the main belt. Finally found the indicating marks when I decided to look for them again.[MENTION=19360]Bartly[/MENTION]

One thing im not completely clearn on; After a bit of driving when the belt stretches out, presumably I cant aim for the same notch. Am I going to aim for the second notch? How did you do it?
The last centrifical I installed had no notches. You badically just judged the tension by twisting the slack and if it couldnt turn >90 degrees you were good. That and of course making boost without slipping ;-).
