Thanks for replying. I guess Im concerned over nothing.

One thing im not completely clearn on; After a bit of driving when the belt stretches out, presumably I cant aim for the same notch. Am I going to aim for the second notch? How did you do it?

The last centrifical I installed had no notches. You badically just judged the tension by twisting the slack and if it couldnt turn >90 degrees you were good. That and of course making boost without slipping ;-).
Sorry I don't don't know as I'm not there yet. I'd guess going for that second notch would over tighten it? Also be pushing it closer to the pulley making that 1/8" gap even smaller. To tell you the truth I couldn't find the indicator marks for the life of me so I just set it like you described with rotating it to 90deg till it felt the same as the main belt. Finally found the indicating marks when I decided to look for them again.

I'm getting ready to crank her up today. Just came back from the store with some cooler plugs and had lunch.

So I'm not sure if it would over tighten it. I kind of wish the manual explained this better, they just say to retighten after 100 miles. However since this is not an auto tensioner it obviously needs to be tighter than the first notch once the belt expands a little. I think I'm just going to follow my same rule of thumb I described earlier, it seemed to match up with the 1st notch so it's probably not "wrong".

I cranked mine up today, although mine is the ho kit. Had a few issues along he way but that small 50-80 pull made me smile. I can't wait to take her out some more maybe tomorrow. My arms and hands are all bruised and scratched but it was worth it lol. I'll be picking up colder plugs tomorrow or Sunday and then just find ways to make all the hoses look better.

The hose that runs to the bottom of the procharger coolant tank seems to be pretty tight and it bends the hose a lot. Did your hose get like that?

I adjusted it a little but not too bad. Thinking back, I didn't have to trim any of the stock hoses. Really was plug and play for the most part

I didn't trim any stock hoses either, but that one seems to be a tight fit. Did you run the hose in front or behind the throttle body elbow?

I routed mine like that I might move the brass fitting a little to the drivers side like you did.

Yea guys I had to play with the brass fitting on that one. I sent it to the dirvers side for a straight shot towards the hose to avoid kinks. It is tight though!

One thing im not sure about is the fuel pump fuse. It looks like my car already has a 30a? Are instructions off for 2016?

I'll do that tomorrow then. I didn't put the teflon tape thing . You think that'll be an issue ?

I used it. I believe it's necessary for this particular fitting application. Seems like NPT thread.

Oops, looks like my phone changed touching to notching. I don't know about the notches, I thought I had them figured out, but then not. I think they are on the side, like lay your head over your throttle body and look from there. There are moving marks there, but they didn't seem to line up for me?
I just felt the belt comparing (twisting 90) it to the factory one.

So I got up and running. They have not touched for me, so I think that's normal, and I figured you meant touch ;). Tune needs some work and i didn't tighten the silicon hose enough and it popped off scaring the crap out of me at 7000 rpm.

For the notches, they are visible from the passenger side if you have amazing vision. However I just put my phone in video mode with flash light enabled and looked at it that way.

However if you did it the twisting 90 degree way, it's probably right. That's how I did it before I figured out the notches and it lined up almost perfectly.

I'll get a picture of the notches for you shortly.

Nice. I saw you posted up on your tune issue. I'm envious, I know nothing about data logging, or interpreting a log file. I had myself thinking I could just start 'er up and go on with like. Guess I better not just start driving it like crazy when I get finished (hopefully tomorrow). Betting that hose coming off freaked you out, glad it was easily solved. Sure is lots of little details in doing this. Thanks again!

After a few heat cycles I when back and tightened all the worm clamps and reset the drive belt ... I have not had to touch anything from that point on , and I do have a lot of trouble free passes on the motor plus a lot of pulls on the dyno for the custom tune ..Haven't touched the NGK plugs since I installed them gapped at 32 ... Its a very trouble free system once done .. Tire wear seems to be a problem but that is it :)
