It has been done. Sounds pretty good, there is a thread on it.
I found a few threads but only the single tip muffler, can you find the thread for the quad tip?

I don't know that I've seen the 13-14 quad mufflers on an S550 but I'm pretty sure you can make them work. I don't think anyone has tried due the price of the mufflers. I think they list for 800+ just for the mufflers. You could probably due the 10-12 mufflers with a quad tip way cheaper if that's the look you want.

I've seen a few guys on facebook get them to work, looked like you just need to fab up the hangers/connectors so they fit right.

I guess it depends where you get them from. In my area I saw a guy selling the quad GT500 axle backs for $350 and you could probably negotiate it down a bit. OP, check around your area on Craigslist or Facebook and you might find something that won't break the bank!

It can be done, I did it to my S550 in my garage. I bought the quad mufflers on ebay off a 2014 GT500 for $250 shipped. I also ordered off of ebay the roush rear valance to fit the quads. There is a vendor on Ebay selling original Roush valance for $200 shipped.

What I did was cut the stock exhaust system off and the piece of exhaust tubing that comes with the mufflers. I positioned the mufflers where they looked best ( obviously after installing the Roush rear valance ) and using the stock pieces of the exhaust tubing that I removed, I used them to build the exhaust. It works and sounds awesome! I get compliments everywhere I go. I'm also running an H-pipe and MAK Cat deletes. I 'll try to get some pictures uploaded when I get home.

I like the Roush quad a lot. I've drilled a few half inch holes in the block out plate to get the sound I like.

Glad to hear the active setup is DIY possibility if I want it later.

What's up guys, I was unable to get some footage this weekend due to having to leave my car at the dealership for some infotainment warranty work and getting some maintenance work done. Should have it back by tomorrow. I will record and update videos on Thursday.
