I believe the stock tune will at max take advantage of up to 93 octane. So, that is about the power level you'll see with the Torco mixed with 91 even though the boosted octane is much higher. The difference in power between 91 and 93 is almost certainly imperceptible for most people. So...

I think you underestimate the force of three loose ~50# projectiles flying forward in an accident... I strap mine down.

What happens if you have to slam on the brakes?

I hope the wheels in the back seat are strapped down in case of an accident on the road to/from the track...

The brake pedal in these cars moves so little under braking that the heights are not compromised.

I have the same setup; very pleased. I prefer no grip on the gas pedal. The brake and clutch on the other hand, I like some grip.

RE11's aren't a particularly good track tire compared to many other choices others have listed. They are better than the PSS for sure, but not a good choice for a dedicated track tire unless wear rate is a priority.

+1 for Vorshlag. I'm also using them with stock PP suspension with -2.2 camber to keep it street friendly. Very happy with the setup.

Love the shot with the GT4. I drove a friends GT4 on the track in late July and for some reason decided to buy a GTPP the next day! Not sure what the connection is, but there it is... I ran very similar track times in both on similar tires. Both are fun, but the GT4 felt too cushy and too easy.

I like the Roush quad a lot. I've drilled a few half inch holes in the block out plate to get the sound I like. Glad to hear the active setup is DIY possibility if I want it later.
