With so much information regarding your wants, needs, goals, etc it should be easy to make a proper recommendation.

I have headers ,CAI and LUND FLEXFUEL tune , plus I just added the gt350 manifold and throttle body . The manifold completely changes the street manners in a good way . If you need carb and warranty go for frpp3 .

I was going to buy the GT350 manifold last Friday while waiting for my iPhone 7 to arrive at home. I thought "Well, I'm going to mow the grass and think about." About 5 minutes into mowing, the engine on my mowing broke a rod!!!:frusty::frusty: Only 2 years and 3 months old...with a 2year warranty:tsk: So my money went toward a new mower.

Option 2, aftermarket headers, CAI , and a tune.

Unless you live someplace where you can rev to the sky, you won't get what you paid for out of the gt350 mani. If you drive to the redline though, that power pack would be tempting.

The gt350 manifold and TB are more responsive in low rpm than the stock manifold .

My last toy was a new 2003 Vette Convertible. I started off with the cold air, silicon tubes, then t-body, headers, cam and so on and so on. I realized a gain of about 45 rwhp (stock it was 292 at the wheels) Finally I went with a Magnuson Supercharger and was getting 535 at the rear wheels. When I did the SC, I had to change a lot of the stuff i put on previously - waste of money and time.

This time around with my new 2017 Mustang, I am going cat back for sound and NOTHING else until I can afford a Roush Stage 1 super charger. Why not go right for the jugular instead of just playing around? Just my 2 cents.

Manifold would typically be the last bolt on you would do. You'll get great gains from headers, JLT (or similar) and a Lund tune and can run flex fuel on the stock injectors for even more gain if you have access to it. Revving to 7900+ is a hell of a lot of fun though.

I'd go with the second option. You'll be able to make the Stage 3 package, but mix and match a few things to get the best bang for your buck.

On top of that, the Stage 3 kit is on B/O until 10/31.

That's why you need a forged bottom end on that mower... :D

I'd go with option 3, build your own. GT350 IM, aftermarket CAI, and a good tune.

There is a manifold test around here somewhere and I think it showed the GT350 IM was best at producing HP at the top of the RPM range. No indication it was more responsive anywhere else. So as someone already said if you live at 7K rpm go for it. Otherwise the stock IM is great with improved air flow and exhaust.

That manifold test was on a built 2011 F150 block without the IMRC.

Results will be much different with the newly revised heads and IMRC.

By design, the IMRC system provides better low end tq by changing the total runner volume/air velocity at lower rpm. Pretty sure they locked the runners full open on that manifold comparison because the ecu didn't have the capability of controlling them.
