OPG install quote, good deal?

All of this OPG talk has made me paranoid, so I thought I would look into getting a quote to have it done. I also have a set of BMR springs I've been waiting to have installed, so I figured I'd go ahead with that as well.

The quote I got comes from a local Ford dealership. Normally I'd be hesitant to let a dealership handle performance work. However, the service guy who will be doing the work came recommended by my salesman Doug for previous work on the Doug's race car. Doug, for anyone interested, is an old school Pro 5.0 racer http://www.mustangandfords.com/how-to/engine/84178-doug-mangrum-engine-supercharge/.

I'll be providing the OPG and lowering springs. The quote for all new gaskets, oil change, labor, alignment, and tax was $1300 out the door. Seems like a pretty good deal to me, but I thought I would seek out the opinions of the experienced out there. I'd happily take it to a more reputable shop, but I'm over an hour north of Dallas, so my choices are limited.

Thoughts?

there are no gaskets needed, just a little bit of silicone

we get 8 hrs, 95hr 760 for the opg install, plus fluids.

parts will start at 440 to 628 depending on brand mix

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I originally asked about timing gear replacement as well, and this includes that.

there is 0 charge to install the sprocket or a balancer, they have to come off anyway

So factoring in the lowering springs and alignment, this seems to at least be an acceptable deal? I really appreciate the input, and would happily bring it to you were you closer. I will be ordering the OPG from you for your help :D

Its scary letting someone touch your car, at least to me it is. It's an easy process to install OPGs, just time consuming..
