23rd of August? mine was built 25th July and is still on said train...Must have taken the scenic route.

Deysha informed me this morning that mine is at the port. I'll now have to work out how to track it from here.

Have you worked out where yours is?

Thanks buddy, I know it can't be a great feeling when someone somehow jumps you in the queue though! In a couple of months this will all be forgotten and we will be enjoying our Stangs.

Welcome to the Mustang ordering process.

In some ways this forum is bad - if you weren't on it you'd be blissfully unaware that someone who ordered later could be getting theirs first

Possibly stupid question but the W&W site doesn't seem to track the entire VIN, just the first 4 numbers/letters, but then you get 5000 records. Do I manually need to go through each one to find mine?

It _does_ track your VIN, so if your complete VIN doesn't show up then it's not registered with them yet...

Thanks Scott. You're right, I just cut and pasted one one of the VINs and it came up. So it works. My car supposedly just got there, so will try tomorrow.

It doesn't show up until it is booked on a boat. So keep trying to see if it makes it onto the Tiger, otherwise it is the next boat (Talisman). Typically they don't show up until a couple of days before the boat is scheduled to leave. Up until then it is the routine of check, check, check, and "no records found". Eventually you will get a hit (and do a double take) with a booking! Best of luck.

That's exactly what I did when mine showed up in the tracking! I was quite excited. Btw, looks like both our cars will be unloaded in Brissie together.
