I just picked up my order yesterday and pretty much unwrapped the car myself. :D Amazing experience, pics to follow.

However, I noticed today that the rear seats have no floor mats. Not that I plan to fit anyone there but this is the first time that any car (sedan or coupe) I've bought didn't come with rear floor mats. The trunk also has no mats.

Is this normal from Ford or do I have to contact my dealer for it? I couldn't find anything meaningful about floor mat count on the Ford website.

My 2015 only has front mats in it from the factory.

My 16' came with only the front carpeted floor mats. I ordered a set of oem all weather floor mats and the trunk liner tray.

This is normal for cars that cannot actually seat anyone back there! It is simply an asthetically pleasing package tray extension!!:lol:

Thanks guys. Appreciate the quick response.
So looks like I'm out of luck unless I purchase my own aftermarket ones.
Sucks but I gotta do it for those few times somebody actually fits there.

The factory carpeted mats are front only. However, the OEM all-weather mats have rear seat mats too.

My Focus was like that (base model, so it was for cost) but I assume Mustang does it because nobody really fits back there anyway.

My 16 premium only came with fronts. But they also had the box in the trunk that contained the all weather mats and those were front and back.

My car came only with front mats but when I ordered my car I ordered the all weather floor mats and these come with rear set mats.

After reading this it occurred to me that I've never even looked in the back seat during the six months I've had the car, so I went out and looked. I don't have rear mats either, but I found $4.78 in change!

It was raining the day I picked up my GT from the dealer, so he said "hold on" and came back with a set of Mustang rubber mats (I think they're like $95 on Ford's site) but come with both front and back mats. I really like them. Obviously they fit perfect and are easy to rinse off and keep the carpet looking new. Nice gestures like that are why I'll continue to give them my business. :) You can find cheaper aftermarket rubber mats, but if you want to keep the stock look, they are really nice, but overpriced.

I bought Husky liners. Better than factory all weather mats. Very deep and holds all kinds of stuff dirt, rocks, water.

I'm not sure the All-weather mats are worth it for me. I live in Texas, so not really worried about snow and ice. I will probably just go with the carpet mats. Thanks for all the input!
