Whipple black inter cooler reservoir

The whipple instructions show a silver inter cooler reservoir.

Anyone know what bolts to use, where and how to mount the black inter cooler?

Trying to follow instructions but a lot is different

The black is plastic and it installs in same location as the metal unit, driver side front fender below the airbox.
