I asked because they just got a gt350 intake 2015 with a centri setup.i plan on doing just that. Not familiar with Rev Auto. I'll look into them.
Certainly don't consider it bashing. I've considered going to the stock IM as well but haven't decided yet. I agree it would certainly pockets some cash back for what may be minimal gains. I'm still going to talk to a few builders before finalizing my plans. I'm sure there is a benefit to it when you rev higher with boost but I'd like to keep this thing in one piece too.I'm curious to see the results over the stock manifold as well. It seems the na guys make a good jump in the upper rpms but the same thing is being done on the stock manifold when the rev limiter is raised with a Centrifugal. If it makes over 20hp/tq all being equal over the stock mani I would be surprised (I hope I'm wrong) but I still wouldn't make the purchase. A degree in timing or a lb of boost would equal the gains for a lot less. But since you have it already I'm in for the results.
Same logic with the TB.
One cool thing about it is if it's not a huge benefit you could sell it to a NA car & use the money for a fuel system for e85 & make a huge proven jump in power.
This is just my opinion & thinking out loud I hope that the OP or anyone else doesn't think that I'm bashing the 350 mani or his build.
I agree, the boss has shown significant tq loss but with a Paxton I've seen them make great power and tq still. I'm sure the gt350 will be better then even that.I think the intake will make more power, we've been 8.1ss with the stock throttle body, so I wouldn't be too concerned with that
