Now it appears I have blown a fuse. Anyone know what fuse it is for the glove box and vanity lights because now they are not working?!

Ok so I have found the fuse blown. Bottom left 10A. I swapped it over with the bottom right 10A to make sure everything still worked on glove box circuit (glove box and vanity mirrors). I have now left that fuse where it is but now my question is, what is the bottom right 10A fuse for?

Oh and there is an easier way to get the glove box bulb out. Lift the whole fitting up at the back so it sits at 45degrees and then pull it out

Nice find! Not sure about the other fuse, will have to look in the book, bearing in mind they're not very well labeled for the most part, who knows ;)!

Luckily I started testing a couple of things before packing up and found out the bottom right 10A fuse is for the electric Windows so I had to swap them back again because I can live without internal lights for now but not the Windows lol

After the faff with this I have now run out of time to swap the sidelights out and I am not in the mood now anyway haha

Feel like one already managing to blow a fuse but to then go out and then find out the windows don't work because of swapping the fuses over would have taken me past doughnut stage lol

Yeah just ordered all the fuse types and 2 x 10A fuses for good measure  hopefully they don't take long to arrive

Pull the blastic light housing out of the connector when doing the boot... ;)!

Hopefully fixing my dodgey passanger window that doesn't slide down quick enough isn't as simple as that. as when my car goes back in, that's being done!

Dam haha

And I would advise removing the glove box fitting now as well lol
Really? i didn't remove mine, and didn't blow a fuse - but it was a pain in the arse to get to/put in put out, took me about 5-10mins of fiddling with tweezers!

Just remove the fuse before you start. I even blew one changing the vanity bulbs so it's easiest to do it first, once.

Removing the fuse could be stupid though?

LED's only work a 'certain way' in the hubs, how you gonna know which way it's working? Might be long winded.

But I suppose, if it's the longest way and saves you needing a fuse, could be best !
