So I do not normally post threads bashing companies, nor do I take something like this lightly, but I feel after my dealings with this company that this post is absolutely necessary.

I ordered Demon eyes from them May 30, during their Memorial Day sale. I received a confirmation email that said 3-6 business days the order would ship. June 7th rolled around and I had yet to hear a peep, no tracking, nothing. So I sent them an email, no response, called, no response. I then started sending DM's on Instagram. I sent the first DM June 7th asking about the order and was told that the owner Andrew was on vacation and they are backed up by 100+ orders and they were all at OC Cruisin so no work would be done during that week. Ok I will give you that. I asked for an ETA and got a response the next day and was told they would have an ETA for me by Friday June 10th. I waited until Friday at 06:30 pm CST before I sent a message asking about the ETA. No response. Sent another message June 13th asking about the ETA and was told they were currently building all the kits and would be caught up soon. I asked again for an ETA and was told with the next week. The next day I decided I wanted to cancel my order and sent them a message. No response. Then the very next day I received tracking for my order.

So I figured okay I am finally going to receive the lights. Tracking never updated and I did not receive the item. I waited two weeks before messaging them again on June 28th asking about the lights and was told they dropped off 100+ at USPS and sometimes USPS falls behind. I was further told that sometimes they have trouble with a particular USPS location losing items or "forgetting." If that's the case why keep using that location to ship? I again said I want to return the item if I ever receive it and was advised that I should put them on my car. Well thank you for telling me how I should mod my car. :clap2: I asked for a refund and was told that the owner Drew would be going to USPS tomorrow and I would receive an update ASAP. I waited til almost ETOD the next day and received no update so I sent them a message and was told that I would receive the info no later than 8pm EST that same day. That time came and went and no response. I messaged twice the next day, no response. I messaged again the day after that, July 1st, expressing my displeasure with the communication or lack thereof and how nobody knows where this package is, again asking for a refund. No response. I waited until July 5th to send another message and did not receive a response until very late that evening saying Andrew will issue a refund ASAP.

They asked for me to provide the tracking information, which I did, but was then told that my lights may be at the post office since Andrew took 50+ packages to USPS that day and that if they ship out in that batch I would have to then send them back to receive a refund. Well, how would my lights be in that batch when I received tracking for mine June 15? Also, they never provided me with new tracking if they were allegedly in that new shipment. So at this point they are just guessing. I again said I want a full refund and was told for the third time, that Andrew would be looking into it. I waited another four days, July 10th, asked if I had a refund. No response. I sent another message today and finally received a response saying they had to see if Andrew shipped my order first before I could receive a refund.

I was given the excuse that this is a small scale company that never expected to get so big. Well if that's the case, hire help and update your website to reflect that orders will take a month or more to receive. I was then told that ALL orders are caught up on, but maybe 6 orders haven't been made that were placed yesterday. And all other orders have been made except for the ones where the system "glitched" once they printed the slip and marked it shipped. I asked if mine fell in that category and was told unfortunately. So let me get this straight, you gave me tracking, then two weeks later told me mine might be in the new shipment, now you're saying that mine was part of the "glitch" and has not been made yet? So why can I not receive a refund if it hasn't been shipped?

I have received nothing but excuses from this Mickey Mouse company and I implore everyone if you want good customer service, this is not the place to go. This company is an absolute joke who does not take responsibility for their shortcomings and mistakes. Sorry this was so long winded but it was necessary to understand the full scope of what you would be dealing with when dealing with this company.

If you paid for by credit card, you may be able to contact your card company and refuse payment for non-delivery (I have done this many times). They take it from there...

Already opened a case with PayPal. Ridiculous that I even had to do that.

Stolen artwork is also not a good look for a company that wants to be legit.

Believe it or not guys it gets better. So I have been talking to a middle man, whose name I will not give, but yesterday he tells me he's calling Andrew at 5pm, to talk to him and would get back to me. You think he got back to me? How bout no. So I send him a message today and he says he already made my kit and it's shipping out, and he does not offer any refunds, only exchanges.

So now conveniently when I have been complaining for almost a month about a refund that I was told I would get ASAP, he only offers exchanges. Maybe he should read his return policy on his own site which says if you return a kit within 30 days you will get a FULL refund. This dude is the biggest clown I have ever dealt with! I implore you to tell everyone you know to stay away from this company. They are atrocious.

Straight from the FTC, the company is breaking the law if they don't fulfill your order within 30 days of receipt unless specified at the time of purchase.

Sec. 435.2 Mail, Internet, or telephone order sales.
In connection with mail, Internet, or telephone order sales in or affecting commerce, as “commerce” is defined in the Federal Trade Commission Act, it constitutes an unfair method of competition, and an unfair or deceptive act or practice for a seller:
(a)(1) To solicit any order for the sale of merchandise to be ordered by the buyer through the mail, via the Internet, or by telephone unless, at the time of the solicitation, the seller has a reasonable basis to expect that it will be able to ship any ordered merchandise to the buyer:
(i) Within that time clearly and conspicuously stated in any such solicitation; or
(ii) If no time is clearly and conspicuously stated, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a properly completed order from the buyer. Provided, however, where, at the time the merchandise is ordered the buyer applies to the seller for credit to pay for the merchandise in whole or in part, the seller shall have fifty (50) days, rather than thirty (30) days, to perform the actions required in this paragraph (a)(1)(ii).

Yea, it's a common tactic for people who are overwhelmed (or don't plan to ship) to just print the usps label so that it generates the tracking number to get people off their back for a short period of time. It's pretty shitty to blame the post office for losing items.

Here's a hint, if you get overwhelmed with orders: contact EVERY buyer and communicate with them on possible delays so they know what to expect. Offer the ability to refund at anytime before shipment (some things cost a lot of money, and it always sucks having a big chunk of money hanging out there with no product) in case the buyer needs the money asap.

I've asked to speak to the dude multiple times. Gave my phone number to them even told them to *67 me if he don't want me to have his number. He refuses to talk to me. Dude is spineless if you ask me. I run a Mustang registry and have had multiple times where the item did not reach the buyer. I came out of pocket to replace those items, because I knew I shipped the item out, but good customer service goes a long way. Not this joke that they call a business.
