Congratulations in order. Although pictures aren't close up, looks like panel alignment is awfully good. Think Ford is doing better on the 17s?

I guess you can say I stalked my car. here's what I did: I checked on the build status weekly. When my "build date" arrived, I checked with FP and was told that my car was sitting at ramp 51  waiting for shipping. Then, I called my dealer and found out that Cassen Transport was the trucking company transporting it. With that info, I went on Cassen's web site and plugged in my VIN and dealer code to get status on car. Once it showed that my car was picked up and moving, I called Cassen and asked for the current location of the truck. I also asked for the load # of the truck, which will tell me all the cars for that load and where it's destined for. Then, I just follow the truck, and slowly I see each delivery completed, which will give me an idea of when my car would arrive. So, today, I went to the dealer and camped out all day  It paid off because I saw the truck pull up and my car rolled off.
Crap..I'd love to do all that but just don't have the time.

I took my laptop to the dealership and took over one of their desk and made it my desk. Did my work right in the show room while occasionally checking the status of truck location.

So your car was delivered 11 days after the build date. Wow that is insane.
Tell me about it. I called FP on 7/1 and they told me my car was already released and awaiting transport. It sat at ramp 51 for a week due to 7/4 holiday.

By the way, if any of you find out Cassen is the transporter for your car, you can call them and ask to speak to the person handling vehicle tracking. The guy that helped me was John. Very nice and helpful. You can then ask to have your car be given priority status, and they will get it on a truck sooner.

Congratulations. When I see everyone taking delivery of their 2017 models, I can't help but wonder what are all these dealers thinking with these $5000-$10,000 administrative mark-ups on 2016 models. I guess most of these guys didn't take any marketing classes in college!!!

Oh damn congrats mike! If anyone deserved a fast build and delivery you certainly fit the bill - thanks for all the help when I was hunting for one. Now get out there and let her scream!!!

My build day was 07/01/2016
Using your chassis number, that's an average of 30 cars per weekday. So that'd put my chassis number at 273 or thereabouts. High 200s anyway. Thanks for the info.

Congrats !!

Amazing that in the first 4-6 weeks they have already delivered nearly 700 cars.
No word on my 17 R. Guess after the 10 months for the 16, I have been fully wait-some-more trained.

Mine was built 1-12 and delivered 1-21, if you are within ~400 miles of flat rock they go by truck so delivery is pretty quick.

I unfortunately waited much longer than the OP did from order to delivery
