My wife commutes 50 miles round trip a day in her PP with the "clunky" 6 speed with zero complaints. She loves it.
And for what it's worth, I'm in the performance aftermarket industry, and there is zero way I could replicate the PP with aftermarket parts for the same cost as the package even with all my discounts and employee pricing.
I previously had an '08 M3 sedan and an '11 M3 coupe before my M5. We went and drove '15 and later '16 Mustang GT's with and without the PP option. Night and day. The normal ones felt sloppy in comparison, and the PP honestly reminds me of my '11 M3. Any time I can drive a car with a $3x,xxx MSRP and it reminds me of a car with a $7x,xxx MSRP, I'm happy.
