LT headers, intake manifold, throttle body, injectors, and good e85 tune should be close to 500rwhp.
I will make an off the cuff guess that the above mods will put the 5.0 somewhere between stock and the GT350 engine. 525-435/2 = 480 at the crank. What is drive train losses? 15% ? So around 400 at the wheels.

500 rwhp is what, 550-580 ?

I haven't seen evidence in previous postings that the above mods will make that sort of gains. Maybe 500 hp at the crank ?
My n/a parts list to make 535 rwhp on high octane pump gas:

1) rev auto stage3 heads, (cnc port and polish multi angle valve job, with deck cleanup)
2) Ferrea oversized 1.500(38mm+1mm) stainless steel intake valves.
3) Ferrea oversized 1.262 (32mm +1mm) Stainless steel exhaust valves.
4) Pac racing valve springs with new ford valve seals fully assembled.
5) Comp Cams stage 3 coyote cr series nsr cams n/a.
6) Ford performance gt-350 intake and 87 mm t/b
7) Jlt cai.
8) tss billet op gears
9) American racing l/t catted x pipe 3 inch dia. long system.
10) 6r80 pro series stage 3 245mm circle d 5c Converter.
11) Ford racing half-shaft axle assemblies.
12) dynotech ds.
13) Sct x4.
14) 47 lb injectors

Over 450ish rwhp, would be cheaper and easier to go F/I..

There is something to be said for getting enormous power out of an engine without "cheating". I use that word cautiously because I am a forced induction proponent. Making your car super fast is easy enough if you have some money--anyone can slap a supercharger on a Coyote and call it a day and put down great power. The stock components will handle the phase 1 chargers just fine leaving you ready to start making some fast passes with no further investment except possibly tires. However, naturally-aspirated cars are much harder to make very fast, require more parts and upgrades, need sensitive custom tunes to make all the disparate systems work together, and as such are more impressive to me than a car that just has a blower under the hood. For example, the cars in NASCAR are works of NA engineering art. In today's performance world where everyone seems to be going FI, it's novel to have a powerful NA build on the strip.

That said I'll probably put a supercharger on this car before it's over.

I'd honestly be very, very happy with ~400-410 or so whp that I'd likely get to with a PMAS intake plus my current catback. It's still way more than is deployable on the street for more than a brief time and still makes me smile at near stock power.

How much $$$ for this set up?
