Just bought mine today with a shift knob. Making my own removal tool, looks real easy.
Here is a pic with their shift knob. It looks really good paired with the shifter. It's the perfect size. The Anarchy Motive is slightly on the large side. I wish I could get the weight of the Anarchy knob in the size of the Boomba knob...

Received the shipment notice from Boomba Racing that my short throw shifter and knob are on the way. Could not wait, so off to the garage to make a removal tool. The tool took longer to make then to use it. Now just wait for USPS for delivery.

I just had the blue anodized vertical links installed on mine -- very stout and pretty pieces! I haven't been able to practice launching the car with them, I have noticed an improvement in handling. I've been looking at this piece and the universal catch can as well, although the JLT looks a lot easier to install, it using the factory style connectors, but that blue anodizing...

Thanks for the positive words on the links! You know you want the blue :)

Picked this up today - first impressions are good. Small, and high quality.

edit:

I got it installed and took it for a spin -- love it! The throws are perfect, and the wrist/arm/hand position is too.

*the Boomba install video calls for an 18mm socket to use the Boomba puller -- I needed a 3/4" deep socket with the provided bolt. It only took two blocks to pull the stock shifter, and it took some persuasion to get the stock shifter separated from the puller.

The hardest part was getting the modified boot in position, and getting it zip tied on.

Glad to see everything went smoothly with your installation and that you're enjoying your new shifter!

Thank you for choosing Boomba.

Posted my homemade tools for removal, but forgot to post the final install. I followed a earlier post a bought some Low-Profile Wire Tires.
Big difference!

Man, your boot is perfect! I think I left a little too much material on mine.

Funny you say that, I redid it 3 times to make it look like that. Did you use the low profile wire ties?

No, I need to get some. I'll probably redo it when I upgrade my radio. Where'd you get them?
