Internal Led Set from Europe

I bought the DD set directly. They have been great. I had 2 Vanity bulbs DOA and they are sending me replacements FoC despite being an international order. The shipping will be more than the bulbs but they didn't mind at all and were really quick to sort it.

Mmm I thought so. That DD set looks much better though, I'm tempted to get that instead, did you get it from them directly?

Yup, bought the set from DD, but was very expensive tho with the shipping and all. I bought the stage 2 kit. The festoon led you got was for a 2014 mustang, looking at the types on the DD website.

Same as what I got... No Vanity lights in there... Anyone know where to get any/can link me to some.


Also, i'm probably the only idiot to blow the boot fuse so if anyone knows the actual fuse for that, great help. #RetardMander continues

"demand lamps" is that what it comes under (Vanity mirrors and boot) (I was looking at the right one, however didn't think they'd be called demand lamps)

Oddly my glove box, map lights still work so they're on different fuses evidently...

Have you got the bulb the wrong way round as that can make a difference, thought the glovebox and boot light were on the same fuse

And they fit yeah? / Have you tried fitting one.
Don't wanna waste money with something that doesn't fit (again) like these LEDs, that don't fit the Fking vanity mirrors :(.


Also Map's are on a different fuse for sure.

My glove box works along with map light, just my boot light and vanity mirror lights don't.

I tried 3 bulbs, and the old bulb in the boot light, all different ways, neither worked, hense the fuse blowing.




NOTE:
fuse box is next to accelerator pedal on the right side, it's not in the passenger side, ford stinged out on the manual and gave us an american one...

I did the exact same thing Manders, (blew the fuse trying to replace the boot light) I believe it's an ATR fuse. I couldn't find any UK/European sellers so I've ordered some From the USA and hoping they'll arrive some point next week.

Good luck finding those:lol::lol:....I had to get mine from a ford dealer....

Then I got a friend to send a full set from the USA....... Got loads in my special drawer in the garage


Top tip, disconnect the boot light before removing the bulb.....if you don't, the metal prongs on in the lamp touch each other as you pull the bulb out and then short the fuse.......but you know that now :clap2::clap2:
