Has anyone installed The new Granatelli/PMAS cai system which they claim is 50 state legal with their MAS and will not void warranty.

Looks to be same as this: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55216 (I installed the non-tune version last night)
Yeah they do both look the same, both ugly, but the UPR is slightly less ugly because they don't slap some gold leaf cursive on it lol. I am really interested to see if your trip to the dyno confirms the 25hp rear wheel claims. I hope it does! Do you have any other performance mods?

Wonder where GMS gets thier price point.. $524.99 vs $399.00 from PMAS. What's the difference besides one says Granatelli ?

You can buy the MAF calibrated sensor from AM right now and skip the CAI if you already have a CAI

That is interesting i also saw that on AM! How in the world you get more flow without changing the intake or intake manifold? I wonder if you can use it with any intake without running lean.

$524? I won't even take them seriously at that price. Out of their minds...

I was wondering the same thing myself. My tubing is stock size(Airaid MIT) so I'm not sure if I would get anything out of it, I do feel the MIT gets a better flow than the stock tube so maybe it would work

You will not gain anything by installing a GMS sensor in your stock tube or any other No Tune Required cold air kit. We have the PMAS kits that use the genuine PMAS sensors available for $399 shipped (No Tune Required)

http://www.lethalperformance.com/sh...ocity-air-intake-system-no-tune-required.html

The GMS kit is more expensive because the GMS sensor is about $150 more than the PMAS sensor. Give us a call if you would like to place an order for the PMAS kit or feel free to order online by following the link I provided.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Thanks

It's 10000000000% not the same sensor. PMAS has explained many times on here why you cannot just buy the MAF sensor.

So AM's claim of 10-18hp is BS?
