Not sure where you got the attitude problem from.First off this is not intermittent noise. It can be duplicated every time with slow speed rolling turns. Not sure where you got intermittent from.
I never claimed that the brake noise you describe was "intermittent". I said if you have the Performance Pack and you have an intermittent brake noise, that's a normal characteristic.
I'm not concerned with "complaints", I'm concerned with actual issues. The majority of GT models with the Performance Pack are going to have some intermittent brake noise. That's the nature of high Performance brake systems that are track ready. If you don't want any brake noise, don't buy a vehicle with high performance brakes. It's that simple.Second if you read this thread it seems most of the complaints are coming from GT owners WITH the performance pack.
I'm not sure why I'm even trying to help you at this point based on the previous comments you've made, but the fact of the matter is that TSB 15-0030 applies to Ecoboost Performance Pack models and GT non-Performance Pack models. The reason is that they use the same exact brake systems. All GT Performance Pack models have 6 piston Brembo front calipers. It's not an option; if you get the GT PP, you get the 6 pots.Third I've called 3 different dealers and have been told TSB 15-0030 is for 5.0L and 2.3 ecoboost cars WITH the performance pack only. I do agree that if you read the language on the actual TSB its says "and" and then it says "or" making it somewhat open to interpretation if the 5.0L is included without the PP. The key here is that it says "4 piston brake calipers". I honestly don't know if the PP pack has the option to only gets 6 piston or not. I would love for a Ford Rep to clarify this.
May I suggest you try going to the dealer you bought the car from instead of calling random dealers on the phone. When you call a service department you will typically get a service advisor, who may or may not know what the hell they are talking about. If you actually go to the dealer and verify the issue with them, there is a much better chance they will take care of it for you.
There is no "known problem" Mr. Conspiracy theory. There is simply a TSB to address a brake noise issue that affects some models with 4 piston calipers. You seriously need to get a grip; you're going off the deep end with your own nonsense.Lastly, if you read the threads on this subject on this site and others there are many people complaining of this issue with GT and eco boost mustangs with or without the performance pack. Its obviously a know problem across many models. The only exception being the V6, but even they have a few complaints.
